Apple sues Samsung for 2.525 billion dollars. Apple say they illegally stole some of the iphone designs. Apple say android copied the rubber banding design and the slide to unlock button. Samsung chose to counter sue apple because they originated some of the technology in question and there argument will be that it is a microwave oven argument, that smart phones have a form that is similar to other smart phones.
